Remote work from home is a smart choice for business owners and companies keeping pace. Companies are certainly catching onto the trend, and most have the flexibility to work from home, if not at all the time, at least when needed. It’s changing the way it work, especially in the tech sphere. And while it may not be for everybody, employers may find they can save money and increase productivity for some workers. And for some employees, work-from-home benefits may be the difference between an enjoyable and stressful work life.
The fast moving pandemic corona virus has forced billions of people around the world to work from home, with no immediate end in sight. Dates for when employees will return to office buildings move later and later or remain uncertain for many companies.Remote work can also help prevent the spread of illness, helping companies avoid lost productivity and protecting public health. For example, the outbreak of corona virus prompted many employers to shift to a remote work model for all employees possible in a bid to limit the spread of the corona virus.
Working from home as a Virtual Assistant can help Business owners to manage, support and to do an administrative task without spending too much money. A Virtual Assistant is a remote work from home, performing a task that can do more in Administrative Task, Human Resources, or even Internet Marketing Assistant.
Some of the benefits of remote working from home include:
Productivity benefits from less commuting time
Lower costs for the employer for real estate and services
Improved work-life balance for employees and
Environmental benefits from less transportation.
Furthermore, social media has truly changed the marketing field. Nowadays, working from home is no longer an option, rather, it is already a need. It doesn’t have to be stressful or complicated to manage.
And taking an online training at Filipino Virtual Assistant (FVA) was one of the best thing I did to be a professional trained as a General Virtual Assistant to enter the world of working from home.
As of now, this is my journey as a beginner in the field of freelancing and I can definitely say that it will all be worth it for as long as you believe in hard work.
